TEAM SOLOMONS PERFORMED WELL: TALASASA

The Chef De Mission to Solomon Islands to the recent 15th Pacific Games has said Team Solomon’s performance at the recent pacific games has really improved.
In an interview with SIBC’s Bart Basia in Port Moresby on the last day of the Pacific Games last Saturday Mr Talasasa said he is very proud with ‘Team Solomon’s performance.
He said the improvement has been visible in the medals won by some of our athletes, adding other pacific island countries were also
impressed with the performance of Team Solomon in the games.
“Team Solomon has been appropriately behaving in terms of preparation, in terms of attendance, getting together. I was quite impressed with the team managers and their efforts in making sure that the team is together, team attending competitions as well as ensuring that the team behaved well.”
Team Solomon has won 28 medals in the recent Pacific Games.
