VOTERS SHOULD BE GIVEN CHANCES TO QUESTION THEIR MPs: VOTERS
Registered voters in the West Are’are say intending candidates should give more time for voters to ask them questions during their campaigns in the constituency.
SIBC Stringer Gabriel Riotarau reports, some voters say they were not given any chance to ask questions and want candidates to change their campaign styles.
“What they are experiencing in West Are’are now is that candidates never allow enough time to allow voters to ask questions.”
Riotarau also reports, voters have also voiced complaints on candidates choice of campaign venues in the constituency.
“He mentioned something about campaigining, which should be happening in an open space to which everyone should attend and see what happened and not coming into a particular village and only going who you think are your supporters and then leave.”
