Form 3 students of Walo Community High School in North Malaita were unable to sit their exams today.

This comes after six of the concerned students were not provided with any exam papers.

Form 3 teacher at the school, Herman Manepuria told SIBC News today this has forced responsible authorities of the school including the Malaita Education Authority to postpone the exam for tomorrow.

“We should be having our English exams this morning, but due to the problem of the shortage in the number of exam papers so we have decided to boycott the exams and if something is done about this then we’ll sit the exam tomorrow.”

SIBC News understands, Form 3 students throughout the country have sat their English papers today.
