The British High Commissioner to Solomon Islands Dominic Meiklejohn has congratulated the Solomon Islands Government and stakeholders on the establishment of the Seif Ples Clinic.

Speaking during the Clinic’s official launching yesterday, Mr Meiklejohn says Solomon Islands should take pride in the completion of the clinic.

He also said this is the first such clinic to be established in the whole Pacific region.

“It is not a humble beginning, it is as far as I know the first time this has happened in the Pacific Islands and Solomon Islands should take pride in that and it should take pride in the people who make it happen.”
