Captain James Meyer – Commander of one of the two US vessels engaged in the mission – USNS Millinocket (JHSV 3) has said the Pacific Partnership 2015 team is enjoying its two weeks engagement in Solomon Islands.
Captain Meyer told SIBC in an interview, on board is a great crew of medical providers, engineers, a band, civil affairs and a whole host of folks.
He says, his crew is having a packed two weeks schedule in Honiara and a number of provinces.
The other vessel is the hospital ship Mercy.
