People’s participation in church programs indicates a good Christian life in any society.
A Primary School teacher from Dala North in Malaita Province, Timothy Maearo made the statement while announcing a grand bazaar for Dala North St. Barnabas church recently.
He said the bazaar was aimed at raising funds for the official opening of the Dala North St. Barnabas Anglican Church and reduce anti-social behaviour in the area.
Mr. Maearo says the participation of people in church programs indicates a good Christian life in any society.
“Wherever there is participation in church programs, it shows that people in that particular area are God-fearing people love his work and in doing so they are suppoing each church programs and like us here I can see more participation of people in church activities and programs and this is one way that we can engage people in such programs.”
