A 29-year-old man has been arrested in relation to the death of former beauty queen contestant, Patricia Taika.

The former beauty queen contestant was found dead on Sunday in Noro, Western Province.

The young man has been charged one count of murder.

He was remanded in the Gizo Magistrates Court on Tuesday and will reappear in Court on March 16.
